Payments  

Full payment is required at the time of booking a workshop. All major credit cards accepted. Cash or partial payment is not available. 

 

Cancellations

Please check the dates carefully before you book as we have a 7 day cancellation policy. Contact michelle@michellelouisetextiles.com with all cancellations.
 

Cancellations more than 7 days before the booking date will receive a full refund. Credit card fees are not refundable. 

Cancellations between 3 and 7 days prior to the booking date will not be refunded. However, we are able to offer you a credit for the full value of the course to use within 12 months.

Cancellations less than 3 days (72 hours) prior the booking date will receive no refund or credit. MLT is a small business, with small classes, and it is unlikely that with short notice MLT will be able to fill your seat.

Please be aware that your cancellation may result in minimum numbers, and the course being cancelled for others. Read below.

Minimums 

MLT requires a minimum of three bookings in order to run a class. If we do not meet this minimum, we may cancel the course at any time and offer you a full refund or a credit to attend a class of the same value in the future.

 

Missed Classes 

If a class is missed, no make-up session can be offered. Please set a reminder and double-check class dates and times prior to booking. Non-attendance under any circumstances forfeits the fee paid. A friend or family member is welcome to take your place if you are unable to attend. However the friend or family member must be of equal experience to yourself and the course booked (eg. If you have booked a Level 2 course and are unable to attend, your replacement must be able to cope with a Level 2 course. You can not send a Level 1 friend in your place).

Liability 

MLT and its employees are not liable or responsible for any accidental injury to students or any loss or damage to personal possessions.

 

Photography/Videography 

MLT reserves the right to take photographs and video footage during classes that may include students and to use these photographs and video footage for the purpose of advertising our classes in all media in perpetuity and without payment to students. If you do not wish for you photograph to be published please indicate at the time of booking.
